Asset Info Manhole Report app for iPhone and iPad

AI Manhole Report is designed to easily gather on-site information using a mobile device. Users are guided through data collection based on the STC25 Manhole Report Standard. Easy to understand PDF reports are created and shared to clients, your drive or wherever you wish. Report information is also available as XML to map to existing GIS.

The user is guided through relevant details of the inspection methodically: User information, followed by site information, followed by construction, dimensions, connectivity and condition information concerning the manhole. (The node type can also be an Inspection Chamber, Catch Pit, Oil Separator etc).

The manhole is geo-located and photos of the manhole added to the report. Condition is colour coded and the information is exported as PDF to form an informative, professional report for archive, evaluation or sharing with clients.

Include your own company details (once only), site address and manhole data and manhole reports are suitable for sharing with your office team and onward sharing with your renovation team.

The PDF output is completely editable. Information can be mapped to other systems using our XML export.

After the free trial period the app requires the user to subscribe to the Manhole Form for continued use. Subscriptions are charged at a monthly rate. All data is stored locally and uploaded when required. Mobile data or WiFi required.

The publishers also provide WRC approved CCTV survey reporting program - Viewline 550 and our MSCC5 conforming reporting application - Viewline Industry .
